This building looked to expand the thriving Galleria Precinct within the Perth suburb of Morley. Located on a busy arterial road the project was centred about a grand entrance that opened into a shared reception and waiting gallery. The intent of this layout was to promote small business within the area, with small tenancy sizes that utilise a shared reception service. At ground level retail / showrooms achieve primary street front location.
