The site located along Flinders Street on a busy corner, required an innovative solution to gain approval.
The design required a prominent statement to acknowledge the busy street corner. In response to this, Motus created eye-catching forms in combination with green walling and feature planting along the main façade. Passive solar design principles were implemented to create an efficient building solution, while clever orientation of each apartment ensured the desired outcome was being achieved in each space.
