Located 3.5 hours north east of Perth, Koorda is a small country town in the wheat belt region of WA. The harsh and dry climate in comparison to that of Perth meant that a different type of building was required.
THE MOTUS ADVANTAGE
Motus provided a modular transportable building which suited the building’s remote location. Passive solar design was incorporated throughout and in particular cross ventilation to all modules.
